Veggies and Momma Mary go hand in hand. Veggies is her restaurant that was first opened in Rapid City South Dakota back in 1993. Momma Mary is the name that was given to her by some of her favorite customers, a group of punk rock teen-agers, that she met at that first restaurant. The Momma Mary part stuck, and, so has Veggies only now it is located in Ardmore OK.

At Veggies, Mary has incorporated a small but well stocked health food store with a vegan restaurant. Momma Mary does the cooking with a lot of help from her dedicated staff, and Tom (her awesome husband) runs the health food store. Both Tom and Mary are well versed in the art of natural remedies and have helped countless numbers of customers and friends use them successfully. Mary travels extensively sharing her knowledge via a 4 night Health and Nutrition Seminar that has helped many people regain their health and vigor via the vegan lifestyle. Tom and Mary work closely with the local medical community, as well as with their local church.

If you ever find yourself traveling on I35 through Texas or Oklahoma, we hope you will stop by and try some of our wonderful food; or just stop in to chat and hang out! We are open Sunday thru Friday, and always have a spiritually uplifting program every Friday evening at 7:00pm that is followed by some of the best popcorn and smoothies that money can?t buy, cause on Friday nights its free!
